Book this service for specialized styles not currently listed on our booking menu. Please provide examples of your desired look for approval prior to your appointment to ensure we can meet your specific needs.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 72+ hours before your appointment may be rescheduled without losing your deposit. • Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will result in a fee of 50% of the scheduled service total. • Same-day cancellations or cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service total. • No-call/no-show appointments are non-refundable and future appointments may require full payment upfront. • Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable unless approved by management. • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and a rescheduling fee may apply.
