Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 72+ hours before your appointment may be rescheduled without losing your deposit. • Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will result in a fee of 50% of the scheduled service total. • Same-day cancellations or cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service total. • No-call/no-show appointments are non-refundable and future appointments may require full payment upfront. • Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable unless approved by management. • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and a rescheduling fee may apply.
