Includes: - 1 on 1 service in a Private Suite - Gentle handling of hair - Continued scalp health monitoring - Steamed shampoo (Clarifying and Moisturizing) - Ongoing porosity management - Customized deep conditioning (protein, bond maintenance, or moisturizing) with premium products - Heat protection to maintain natural curls - Continued hair education and hair health routine check-ins
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 72+ hours before your appointment may be rescheduled without losing your deposit. • Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will result in a fee of 50% of the scheduled service total. • Same-day cancellations or cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service total. • No-call/no-show appointments are non-refundable and future appointments may require full payment upfront. • Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable unless approved by management. • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and a rescheduling fee may apply.
