Service Description
• Hair is included with this service. Please select your color add-on when booking. • Service time is estimated and may vary based on head size and desired fullness. • Hair will be washed, blow-dried, and detangled as part of this service. • Please plan to sit 4–6 hours. Quality is never rushed. • A minimum of 4 inches of natural hair is required for this service.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 72+ hours before your appointment may be rescheduled without losing your deposit. • Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will result in a fee of 50% of the scheduled service total. • Same-day cancellations or cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service total. • No-call/no-show appointments are non-refundable and future appointments may require full payment upfront. • Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable unless approved by management. • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and a rescheduling fee may apply.
